What Day Is It??

If you had asked me last week what this week would be like, I am sure I would have indicated it would be relaxing, a relief, a cakewalk, something along those lines.

I'm so glad you didn't ask. You would have made me out a liar.

Work is crazy and I am behind on some commission work that I need to do. I also need to finish my couture piece for the show on June 7 and start and finish the dress I will be wearing to that event. I am comfortable with my dress, it's the couture piece that has me frazzled.

Things are good, just busy. I can't help but think about Sunday afternoon when I stepped out into my backyard. The neighbor dog was barking at people on the other side of her fence, and Olive was barking at the neighbor dog. I picked up the neighbor dog and put her in my yard with Olive :: they both stopped barking and started tearing around in gigantic circles. Neighbor dog is much younger and faster than Olive, so I kept an eye on things. When Olive stopped in her tracks and threw up, I knew playtime was over.

That's exactly how I feel. I plan to stop and throw up any minute now.
